Behind every great smile is a great team. Our dentists, nurses, hygienists and practice staff work together to make every visit comfortable, reassuring and personal to you. We bring years of experience, a gentle approach and a real passion for helping patients feel confident about their oral health.

The Dental Team

  Pierce Bradley

  Principal Dentist

  BDS(Birmingham 1989), MCGDent|GDC Number:64880

  Pierce Bradley: Qualified B.D.S. in 1989 from the University of Birmingham, in 1990 was attached to Wordsley Hospital as a Honorary Clinical Lecturer undertaking Implant Research and gained membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practice of The Royal College of Surgeons in 2001. Has a special interest in Dental Implants, attends post graduate meetings on a regular basis and is an active member in a local Implant study group. Member of the I.T.I.(International Team for Implantology)Has undertaken an Implant course with the University of Warwick and an Advanced Restorative Course in Manchester. Pierce is married with four children which gives him extensive experience with dealing with the little ones.

  Aparna Bhardwaj

  Associate Dentist

  Aparna qualified from the Royal London Hospital School of Dentistry in 1991. She has worked as a General Dental Practitioner in London and South Birmingham, she regularly attends post-graduate meetings, she enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a keen interest in Periodontology. Aparna is married with 3 Children. She joined the Bradley Garrett team in 2018.

  Antonio Garrett

  Antonio is originally from Portugal where he qualified in 2012 from the Catholic University of Portugal (UCP), he moved to the U.K in 2013 to work as a general dental practitioner. Antonio is committed to providing the best care possible for his patients and has a caring and gentle approach to dental treatment. Although he enjoys all aspects of dentistry Antonio has a special interest in orthodontics.

  Antonio has completed a MClinDent in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at BPP University in London, in addition to this, he is an Invisalign® certified dentist and provides clear braces. Antonio has also completed a post-graduation certificate in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

  Outside dentistry Antonio enjoys spending time with his family and friends, outdoors running, playing football, tennis and travelling.

  Emma Franks

  Associate Dentist

  BDS Cork 2013/MFDS 2015|GDC Number:245400

  Emma Franks qualified with honours from Cork University in 2013 and has achieved her MFDS qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2015. She joined the Bradley Garrett team in 2021. She enjoys all areas of dentistry, and is particularly good with anxious patients.

  Daniela Andrade

  Associate Dentist

  Daniela is originally from Portugal, where she qualified as a dentist in Lisbon in 2009. She joined our team in September 2026 and is delighted to be part of the practice. She is looking forward to getting to know you and helping you achieve and maintain a healthy, confident smile, while continuing the excellent standard of care you have come to expect from us.

  Daniela has a particular interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their dental care. She believes in taking the time to listen to each patient and providing personalised care tailored to their individual needs.

  Outside of dentistry, Daniela enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and making the most of their time together.

  Olivia has been a team member at Bradley Garrett since she left education in 2012.

  Hannah is our youngest team member. She started at the practice in 2020 as a trainee.

  Dental Nurse

  Lucy started Dental Nursing in 2012. She joined the Bradley Garrett team in October 2014.

  Hayley

  Hayley has been a part of the team for many years. She left the practice in 2015 to care for her family and returned in 2021.

  Jordanne is the newest member of our team, she joined the practice in February 2024. She qualified as a Dental Nurse from Birmingham Dental Hospital.

  Amy joined Bradley Garrett in March 2022. Previous to this she spent 3 years as a nursery practitioner working with children.

  Leanne returned to the Bradley Garrett team in July 2022 after leaving the practice in 2020 to care for her children. She had previously been with the practice since 2003.

The Hygienist Team

  Qualified at Liverpool University in 1995 she started working at the practice in 2001. Sarah and her long standing partner have 1 child together. She currently carries out general hygiene within the practice.

  Lisa qualified at Birmingham University in 1990 and she is married with 2 children. Lisa joined our practice in 2006, and she currently carries out general hygiene.

The Practice Team

  Lesley is an invaluable member of the Bradley Garrett team. She returned to the practice in 2005 and plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice.

  Gemma has been a team member at Bradley Garrett for many years, she started her career in dentistry in 2004.

  Tina first joined the practice in 1978, when David Bradley and Donald O’Mahony were partners at the dental clinic. Over the years she has witnessed many changes throughout her time here and remains a much-loved member of the reception team, valued by both patients and colleagues.
